A Black A-Frame
Kerhonkson, New York · 2021
The Catskills cabin that became a boutique retreat, warm wood beneath a wall of glass.
Colors from the house
This black A-frame in the Catskill woods is where A Black A Frame began. Warm wood climbs the steep ceiling to a wall of black-framed glass, and after dark the whole cabin glows like a lantern.
Peishan designed it to be hosted in: for long dinners, snowy mornings and guests who want to stay a little longer. It grew into the boutique vacation-rental brand she and Grant built and ran together.
