The Purple House

This old Victorian came with a wraparound porch, soft lilac siding and marble fireplaces in nearly every room. Peishan let the house lead, quieting it with chalk-white walls, pale linen and pieces collected over time.

A library wrapped in books, a dining room lit by candles, a bath set beneath the window. Peishan and Grant did much of the work themselves over several years. The house sold in the summer of 2026.
